I'm beginning to have the same impression. I had a problem where I can't access my character anymore on col on server (Forest Valley UTC+3) and no one from support is there to help or give instructions. I emailed the Netease support team too but no one replied to my email yet.
That is if they DO have a support team..

The problem is I have more than 600 hours played on steam on col and I put a lot of work in my character and now it's simply gone...

Is this still hanging? I can’t seem to find any replies that explain how to fix the characters/account being gone.
Any specific links online that fixed this, by any chance..?

Same here, for over 6 months, ive emailed, ive posted here, i gave them 1 star review on google play and then they replied once, never again. Im playing World of Kings, they have support amd honestly os a better game and not as much p2w
