Problem description :
Rune - Devouring Blight : Each infection the target haa increases Spitirual Attack's damage by x%
It is said that "each infection", but "only one" applies.
I tested low level SA.
lv.5 Devouring Blight = Each infection the target has incresaes SA's DMG by 2.5%
Skill - Spiritual Attack : Each infection the target has increases SA's DMG. Maybe this is 50%.
SA DMG under none infection = 1765
SA DMG under 1 infection = 2713 -> 2713 / 1765 = 1.5371... ≒ 1.5 * 1.025.
These are 50% in SA's description and 2.5% in Devouring Blight.
This is correct.
SA DMG under 2 infection = 3617 -> 3617 / 1765 = 2.0492... ≒ 2 * 1.025.
These are 50%+50% in SA's description and "only 2.5%" in Devouring Blight.
But increasement by Devouring Blight should be 5% under 2 infection, not 2.5%.
If the rune level increases, this bug grows bigger. Damage is 23% weak at lv 40.
