Character select issue

When I log in to the character select screen if I scroll it won't let me launch. I can play the characters that show initially but if I scroll down to any newer characters it just does nothing when I click start. This is frustrating because all of the characters initially shown are end game and I don't want to delete them to access other characters. It does this on both PC and android
