Game wont work with data only wifi

All my other games will work with my data I really like this game though and have been putting money into it and I do t do that often I'm very upset cause the only time i can play it is when i have wifi and this particular game involves a lot of game play to build up your reputation as well as completing all the dailies could you please fix what ever the bug is or try to write me back on any suggestions
