Support dont fix any problem if the problem just affects you

Thursday 23 i swaped from paladin to dark ranger and all my outfits disappeared, i reported everywhere my problem but support just says WE ARE STUPID AND WE ARE WORKING IN THE BUG YOU REPORTED you need understand it will take some time , -.- how hard is investigate in my toon and watch how my OUTFIT interface is fucking empty .also how hard is send me back my outfits ? Is not jard is very easy support dont will fix my problem . All i can say is Support is a piece of shit

We get kicked out by the game but we can't get in
